Mrzygłód MTB is a scenic mountain bike loop winding through the rolling hills of the Dynów Foothills and the picturesque San River Valley. Covering approximately 33 km, the route combines forest trails, gravel roads, and quiet local asphalt sections, offering excellent riding conditions in the heart of nature.
Most of the route runs through extensive forests and hills surrounding the historic village of Mrzygłód. Challenging climbs alternate with fast descents and open sections that reward cyclists with beautiful panoramic views of the San River Valley and the surrounding Dynów Foothills. It is an ideal choice for riders looking for varied terrain away from busy roads.
Along the way, cyclists can discover the charm of small Podkarpackie villages, traditional roadside shrines, and remnants of historic rural architecture typical of the region. The surrounding forests make the route attractive throughout the year, while autumn offers spectacular scenery with colourful beech and mixed woodlands.
Although the distance is relatively moderate, the frequent climbs and off-road character provide a rewarding challenge for both mountain bikers and gravel cyclists. It is a perfect half-day adventure that combines physical activity with the opportunity to explore one of the most peaceful and scenic corners of south-eastern Poland.
